THE PRODUCT / BY PARTICULA
NanoGlyph
Keep your sample alive. Measure its interactions, again and again
NanoGlyph is a full stack solution based on an SWCNT nanosensor that converts dynamic molecular interactions into spectral fingerprints.
Measure the same sample over time
No predefined biomarker required
More than a single-marker readout
Check out the scientific paper: a proof-of-concept preprint exploring ALS-associated serum signatures.
THE SOLUTION / NANOGLYPH
One connected platform for drug discovery at an unprecedented pace
Compare samples. Track changes. Explore biological responses. NanoGlyph unites SWCNT nanosensors, a near-infrared plate reader and AI-powered software in one end-to-end platform

SWCNT nanosensor
NanoGlyph turns dynamic molecular interactions into spectral fingerprints. No predefined biomarker required — so you can explore biology before you know exactly what to look for.
Molecular interactions02 / READ
NIR plate reader
Capture the nanosensor’s near-infrared signal. Its optical, photostable readout can support repeated, time-resolved measurements when sample integrity is preserved.
Optical fingerprints03 / INTERPRET
AI software
Explore patterns across spectra and time. Investigate multifactorial disease states, distinguish sample groups and compare drug responses within the context of your study.
Biological insightThree components. One research workflow.
THE PROBLEM
Discovery moves fast.
Testing holds it back.
Faster answers come at a price.
Lower budgets come with a wait.
Explore a different workflow.
Estimated workflow cost
≈$45k
One study. A major investment.
Combining ELISA, imaging and omics adds up before the next decision can be made.
Estimated workflow time
≈3 weeks
Every answer takes time.
Long testing cycles slow the experiments that could move a promising candidate forward.
The current-workflow figures represent a rough estimate of the best-case, lowest-cost ELISA + imaging + omics scenario in Particula’s MVP model. Actual costs and timelines vary by study.
USE CASES
When one marker
isn’t the whole story.
Potential applications for complex biology.
Choose a research question. Explore the possibilities.
Sensor phenotyping detects treatment response
AI-guided drug discovery and sensor-based phenotyping were used to test resveratrol in human cortical organoids exposed to blast injury. The supplied research example shows a partial shift toward the uninjured state, supported by follow-up biochemical evidence of restored neurofilament levels and reduced phosphorylated tau.

Read a complex biological state
Inflammation, metabolic stress and cellular damage can contribute to a complex biological state. NanoGlyph captures a combined molecular fingerprint to help compare phenotypes when a single marker does not tell the whole story.
An ALS-associated fingerprint in serum
Our research combines nanosensor measurements and deep learning to distinguish ALS from control serum. Disease-associated spectral fingerprints were supported by proteomic analysis of sensor-bound proteins.

Follow biological change over time
Read the same culture at multiple timepoints and follow how its optical fingerprint evolves. Repeated, time-resolved measurements depend on an assay that preserves sample integrity.
Prioritize samples for deeper study
Screen many conditions, compare molecular fingerprints and select informative samples for focused follow-up with omics, targeted assays or imaging.
From sensor corona to biomarker candidates
Pair optical fingerprints with recovery of sensor-bound proteins and LC-MS/MS proteomics to prioritize candidate biomarkers. This downstream workflow identifies candidates for independent validation; the optical fingerprint alone does not identify a specific protein.
